PRODUCTION & DELIVERY TIME
Our designs are made to order especially for you! No mass produced jewellery here, your special, personalised piece will be crafted in our in house production workshop. Your jewellery will go into production once full payment is received and cleared, and if you have ordered the design layout, once the layout is approved, as each piece is made to order. We will keep you updated along the way via email or messenger to advise on the progress of your order.
For silver, gold and rose gold pieces with inscriptions, your personalised designs will be dispatched to you in 7 business days after ordering.
If your piece has a custom cut – such as a Personalised Name Necklace or Bracelet, Personalised Endless Single/Double Infinity Bangle, or a custom design, please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for the production of your jewellery design.
Non-personalised designs, Enca Skincare products or gift cards, if ordered on their own, are sent within 48 hours of order confirmation.
Please add the delivery time as an estimate of when you will receive your order, and keep in mind that this estimate is also impacted by your selected method of shipping, and does not account for delays caused by shipping service disruptions and/or weather delays.

NB: The cutoff dates for Christmas delivery are based on communications with delivery companies, but we are not responsible for delays or lost parcels. We will always guarantee that you will receive your order as part of our free delivery insurance promise.

If you have ordered more than one personalised jewellery design or product, these will all be sent together, so please allow for the dispatch time of the piece with the longest dispatch. In some cases, inscribed designs may be sent ahead of time in a separate package to avoid delays, this will be indicated in your package with a "sent ahead card".
During peak times – such as Christmas and Mother’s Day, it is possible for dispatch to take slightly longer than our usual times, but we will advise this on our website and social media if that is the case.

FREE SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA
Your order is shipped FREE when its is $99+. If your order is less than $99, the shipping cost is $9. If you would like your order split and sent to multiple addresses, the cost will be $9 per address.
All orders will be shipped via regular post with tracking. We will advise you when the order leaves our Sydney office, please allow 3-7 business days from that day for Australia post to deliver your Belle Fever order.
If you need it earlier, you can opt for Express Post Australia wide for guaranteed next day delivery after it is dispatched from our Sydney office (please check austpost.com.au to confirm your postcode is within the express post network). Express Post costs $12.
Pick up from our Sydney office is available subject to prior arrangements only

USA orders are sent via USPS – FREE shipping for over $99, $9AUD for orders under $99

UK and Canada – free shipping for over $99, $10 AUD for orders under $99
