At Belle Fever you can create your own custom made personalised jewellery design, the only limit is your imagination. It's the perfect gift for mothers, grandmothers, fathers, grandfathers, sons, daughters, partners and even yourself; there is something about being able to have your own names, dates, messages and quotes that makes a personalised jewellery piece much more sentimental. It's a way to reflect what's in your heart when words are not enough.

STEP 1

Once you have decided on a design, we get to work to handcraft it! Our materials Monel Silver and Moneil Gold is created in house exclusive to Belle Fever. Each component is mixed into a hot liquid and milled into a flat sheet to be cooled down ready for us to cut out the pieces we require for your design.

STEP 2

Your design is traced and placed onto the milled sheet of metal; using a handsaw, the design is hand cut to follow the requested design shape.

STEP 3

The pieces that have been cut are then polished and cleaned to a shiny mirror finish preparing the piece for inscriptions to be enamelled ensuring the inscriptions stay black. If you have requested for your inscriptions to be white, enamelling will not be done.

STEP 4

Once the enamel has dried and set, the pieces are cleaned again and a clear film is applied to the pieces that are in contact with other pieces to minimise scratches and movement; they are then assembled to form into your chosen design.

STEP 5

Your design goes through another thorough quality check and cleaned again ready to be packaged to give as a gift by you in our beautiful royal purple custom made display wallet.
