Did you ever stare at something and wondered, "how am I going to do this?". I sometimes think that, but nevertheless, finding a solution to a problem adds a sense of accomplishment, self-confidence and growth. It has even more meaning when someone thanks you for helping them solve a problem.

When we first introduced the Moments Charm Collection, many of our customers told us how unique the personalised charms were and how much they loved them. Our long-time customer contacted us and shared a photo of her Moments Charm Bracelet, and requested that we add a charm that wasn't part of the collection.

In the recent days after the passing of her beloved Shiba Inu, she wanted to wear a small part of him with her on her bracelet. It was an honour to assist, and while the challenge seemed impossible, it was well worth it.

With a colour similar to gold, she decided she wanted a gold-toned charm in the shape of a paw print. Our team worked hard and redesigned our paw print charm into a memorial canister to hold a part of her pet.

A beautiful handwritten card was sent to me from her expressing her thanks for how it turned out.

Moments like these brighten our team's spirits and make me feel grateful that I get to do what I love. A huge thanks go out to each and every one of you.
