I purchased The personalise heart cremation necklace to hold some of my beloved cats ashes within 2 hours of placing my order I received a preview of the design & within 10 days I received my order.
The customer service I received from belle fever was beyond amazing. They're compassionate & quick to respond to any concerns or questions you may have regarding your order making sure they understand what the individual customer needs/wants.
Receiving my necklace was very emotional the detail & quality is truly amazing. I am beyond in love with my order & it has given me great comfort knowing that even though my kitty is no longer by my side she will always be with me. The necklace chamber was big enough to fit a small amount of her ashes plus hair inside.
